Services Innovation workshop • Luxembourg 13 July 2010

by jean Marc Rommes on June 19, 2010

We will be running a Services Innovation workshop at The Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg on 13 July, from 15.00 to 19.00 approximately. This will the first workshop in  a series that will run throughout the second half of the year. This first event will be in English; subsequent events will be in French, German and/or Luxembourgish.

We will discuss three main aspects of services innovation:

  1. Why is Services Innovation becoming a major topic today, and what are the strategic options for companies wishing to integrate a complementary Services offering into their product protfolio
  2. What assistance can the Luxembourg Government offer companies who decide on adopting a Services Innovation strategy? This module will be run by Luxinnovation.
  3. A self assessment opportunity for companies to find out where they fit on the Services Innovation roadmap, and what might be their potential strengths and weaknesses and how they can bridge the gap to a Services strategy that is better adapted to the realities and customer expectations of the second decade of the twenty first century.

The event is designed to be interactive, allowing participants to exchange views and best practices and will include a networking opportunity.

The event is now closed for registration.
